Great customer service and overall experience. I came in for a state inspection. From check in to check out, I was there for less than 15 minutes. I enjoyed the wait area and all the snacks. Special surprise thank you note and snack waiting for me in my car as well.

Went in for my state emissions testing. And was pleasantly surprised. I hope if you check them out you also are pleasantly surprised. If not, you can at least get a free drink out of it.

Everyone there was great to deal with, and they did a great job with my oil change and tire rotation!

I needed my undercarriage reattached to my car and Honest 1 was welcoming and friendly and quick and efficient! Fair prices for the service and they had donuts and snacks in the waiting area. 10/10 recommend to anyone in the area

I just called about a head gasket replacement and Robert answered the phone. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the cost of what the repair would be and if it would even be worth in the situation. We talked through all the scenarios for the car and while it may be cliche with it being called Honest Auto Car, Robert was. I work on my own vehicles at an intermediate level and usually know if someone is full of it and Robert wasn’t at all. I appreciate the information tremendously and if I need work done I’m going here. Thanks!!

If I could give more stars I would. Everyone there is so kind and worked so hard to resolve the issues with a warranty part that was on back order.they communicated every day as to the status of my vehicle and came up with outside of the box resolutions. Your staff is amazing and thank you.

Came in to get my vehicle inspected and was done in less than an hour. Fast, friendly service, nice clean location with snacks as well, I recommend this location.

Great service and hospitality. Everyone was very nice and attentive, whent in for an emissions inspection I was out in 25 minutes.
