Great experience! In&out in less than an hour! Great in-depth report on my whole car

Got my inspection done here and they got it done quickly! They also had free donuts and coffee (I went early on a Saturday). Once I got my car back they left a thank you note inside my car. I thought that was amazing!! Will definitely be back for my oil change coming up!

Truly great service! They were busy but took care of me immediately, and for less than the competition. Everyone was friendly, facilities were clean and actually pretty nice for an auto service joint. And when they were done, I got in my car to find a thank you note and a complimentary bag of Cheez its! Who does that? Anyway, I'm sold. Will return

Wonderful experience. Took my old beater in to see exactly how bad the situation is. The staff got me checked in and were professional. The inspection results were awesome.. they come in a short link delivered via SMS messaging. It shows: “immediate need” “future need” and then “passed inspection” which is incredibly helpful to know where to direct repairs. They told me some of the repairs I was planning on were able to take the backseat to more pressing issues which was awesome. All around 10/10 experience.

I was referred to Honest 1 after a trusted source has first used them. Danny was amazing in advising me to make smart decisions. And the price was a much greater value than my dealership. While no rental cars - I was surprised to have one of the owners drive me to my home and offer to pick me up when my car was ready! WOW. i will definitely contact Honest1 for my next automotive need before anyone else.

The waiting area is super comfy. They have snacks and drinks out for guests. The front desk folks are friendly, but not overly friendly where it feels fake. I wanted to find something else wrong with my car so I can go back soon haha!

Awesome Customer Service!

My SUV's engine died early on a Saturday morning, and I got the vehicle towed to Honest-1. The staff and technicians were courteous and professional when diagnosing the vehicle and providing me updates and a shuttle service back home. They were also able to make repairs in the same day, which was well beyond my expectations. I will be returning to Honest-1 for service in the future.

I have brought my cars into Honest 1 for oil changes, and basic maintenance. They are always very polite, timely, and do a great job completing their work. I also like that they leave you a little snack in your car when they are finished with the job, and have free local transportation. Their pricing is very fair, and they always honor the coupons that they have online. Definitely will continue to do business at this location.
