We had a headlight issue that had been overlooked by another shop but Honest 1 was able to detect the problem right away. I could tell the technician was very knowledgeable plus the work was done quickly and at a great price. This is my new favorite shop. We plan to bring all of ours cars to Honest 1 from now on.

I am always reluctant to take my car in for service, I have been swindled more times that not unfortunately. I moved and this place opened up close to me so I really wanted to try it yet was reluctant. I had already received a quote from another place that seemed was being honest and almost pulled the trigger for them to do the work, then went ahead because of a coupon, and came to Honest 1, their quote was not only 1/2 the price but the work wasn't as extreme as the other place said. They went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable, completed the work very quickly and the work was lower than what they originally quoted. Honest 1 lives up to their name! I have a car repair shop for life now, or at least as long as Lance is there!

Everyone was very nice and willing to help me out. My needs weren't ignored. I will definitely come back and tell people about this place.
