I am always reluctant to take my car in for service, I have been swindled more times that not unfortunately. I moved and this place opened up close to me so I really wanted to try it yet was reluctant. I had already received a quote from another place that seemed was being honest and almost pulled the trigger for them to do the work, then went ahead because of a coupon, and came to Honest 1, their quote was not only 1/2 the price but the work wasn't as extreme as the other place said. They went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable, completed the work very quickly and the work was lower than what they originally quoted. Honest 1 lives up to their name! I have a car repair shop for life now, or at least as long as Lance is there!

Everyone was very nice and willing to help me out. My needs weren't ignored. I will definitely come back and tell people about this place.

Honest-1 was a pleasant change of pace. The staff was fast, courteous, and professional. Their lobby was also very clean and fully stocked (drinks/snacks) to make sure customers were comfortable. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I was going to get my car fixed at midas, but I went around for estimates. H1 beat their price, used better parts, went the extra mile checking my car. They even provided a loaner. Waiting area is nicer than a doctors office with 2 tv's. Amazing.
