Customer service was excellent. They went beyond what I would have expected to secure the parts and make sure the warranty on the bad part was handled for me even though they were not the original installer.

It is so refreshing going to an auto mechanic and being treated like a valued client! The lobby is so clean and relaxing! It is like sitting in my living room waiting for my car to be repaired! I had a wonderful experience with Honest 1 Auto Care. From the greeting when I pulled in to the accommodations while waiting for the service to be completed. The atmosphere in the lobby is warm and inviting. The staff are all very friendly and the best part is that they're completely upfront on the costs ahead of time, versus doing the work and surprising you with the cost.
