I have used this place for years now for various different repairs and maintenance in my vehicles. I always find the people friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They are definitely my preferred maintenance place and will continue to not only use them, but send others to them!

Every time I walk into this business I stand there for several minutes waiting for one of the five people sitting at the desk to tell me who can help me. While are all usually very nice, it takes a while to get helped and then I always find that they never call me when my car is ready, I always have to call them. I wish they were more organized and someone volunteered more promptly to assist me.

Had a bad oil leak that drained every bit of oil from my truck engine. Luckily I was able to get it to Honest-1 near my house. Daniel and the team immediately identified the problem and took care of the issue…unfortunately when I needed a previous oil change, there was no availability at Honest-1 so in a rush I took it to “the other guy”, bad mistake! The other guy didn’t change out the worn out drain plug and that was the root of the problem. Won’t ever take it anywhere else again. I truly am grateful to the crew at Honest-1

I really Like this place. They are warm and inviting. Quick service and very professional. They will work with your schedule. They do things by appointment so you know you will be taken care of right away and not waiting all day. Plus they always have drinks and snacks for your wait. Which is always nice. It makes it feel more like a family rather than just a business

My Lexus wouldn't start when visiting my mother in The Colony. I needed it repaired and I saw an ad for honest-1 Auto Care on my mother's counter. I contacted them and spoke with Hannah who was very helpful. They got a tow truck to tow my car over. They successfully repaired the problem at a reasonable and fair cost. If I lived here in The colony I would use them again.

I’ve used this place several times and each time my experience has been great. Then there’s yesterday. Although it’s not a huge deal and it could have been worse, working for a company that takes pride in hospitality, my experience just didn’t sit well with me. After taking my car, the gentleman behind the counter asked if I wanted a ride home while they checked out my vehicle. I accepted the offer and the nicest lady drove me home (which I informed her I just lived about a block or so away, but it was freezing cold). She pulled up and told me to call and she would come back to pick me up. My workday starts at3:30 pm. I have to pick my son up at school at 3:25pm. I work from home and his school is across the street so although it’s doable, it’s very tight. I called to check on my vehicle and to set a pickup time so that I could make these things happen. I told the young lady that answered that I needed to be picked up at 230pm. She placed me on hold to check and see if my vehicle would be ready by then. She returned and told me yes. I mentioned that I had to get my son from school so this time was important. She assured me she had it taken care of. Just before 2:30pm, I go down expecting the shuttle and nice lady to be there. I wasn’t sure if they called to say they were there or own their way so I was being proactive in going down a little early. No shuttle so I start walking because I’m under a time crunch. I get that mistakes are made and we all make them every single day. What didn’t sit well with me is that no one up there acknowledged the fact that my shuttle didn’t come and I walked in the cold to get back up there. No, I didn’t say anything because I didn’t have the time to discuss and I was kind of upset so to minimize the conversation, I paid and left telling myself I’d just express my concern here. Again, because I stayed so close, I’d had a bit of control in what happened. Had I stayed farther away, I may have been late getting my son and for work. Because they’re so close, I’ll probably use them again, but I don’t think I’ll gamble on the shuttle.
