As always, Honest One is courteous, honest and is a business that I can rely on.

I have used this place for years now for various different repairs and maintenance in my vehicles. I always find the people friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They are definitely my preferred maintenance place and will continue to not only use them, but send others to them!

Great service as usual!

Every time I walk into this business I stand there for several minutes waiting for one of the five people sitting at the desk to tell me who can help me. While are all usually very nice, it takes a while to get helped and then I always find that they never call me when my car is ready, I always have to call them. I wish they were more organized and someone volunteered more promptly to assist me.

Had a bad oil leak that drained every bit of oil from my truck engine. Luckily I was able to get it to Honest-1 near my house. Daniel and the team immediately identified the problem and took care of the issue…unfortunately when I needed a previous oil change, there was no availability at Honest-1 so in a rush I took it to “the other guy”, bad mistake! The other guy didn’t change out the worn out drain plug and that was the root of the problem. Won’t ever take it anywhere else again. I truly am grateful to the crew at Honest-1

I really Like this place. They are warm and inviting. Quick service and very professional. They will work with your schedule. They do things by appointment so you know you will be taken care of right away and not waiting all day. Plus they always have drinks and snacks for your wait. Which is always nice. It makes it feel more like a family rather than just a business
