I loveeee this place. The environment is super clean and cozy. This place is the absolute best in its field!

On my last visit, they said I needed new tires but I had just put a new tire on it (less than 2 weeks). It was explained to me that the tread was worn down and the tire needed to be replaced. I had the employee take me out to the tire and use his tread tool to verify this. The tread was showing an 11. Not a 4/5 as they stated. The photos they sent showing the "wear" on the tire also showed the production lines that were still on the tire and the arrows that were pointing at "issues." When I asked for this to be explained it could not be explained (because they were randomly placed and not really showing anything). They did acknowledge the "mistake" and blamed it on their system. Whether negligence or dishonestly this experience was disappointing and concerning.

I used to take my car in to Toyota for general servicing until one time I couldn’t get an appointment and decided to try this place out. One visit was all it took to make me decide to switch. Honest-1 does excellent work, has transparent pricing, doesn’t try to upsell, and has the friendliest staff. These wonderful people really live up to the name of their business, but they’re not only honest they’re knowledgeable, professional, and full of integrity. Wish there was a higher than 5 star rating to give, this is one business that deserves it!

Great experience. From drop off, repair process, and pickup, the entire team was prompt, quick to communicate, and very clear with the repair process. It was amazing. I have found a new home for my car maintenance needs.

I had found them thru Lewisville auto repair. I did do a Google review. Their reviews were amazing. Well my engine had seized up. Honest 1 Auto had helped me with finding a engine for my Dodge 1500 5.7 Hemi. We looked at used and new engines. The communication from Honest 1 Auto was great. From when I broke down until my truck was up an running was less than 2 weeks. Like I said, their communication from Robert , Justin and Benjamin was spot on. Amazing service! I came in early for my appointment and they still took me in. They were up front and honest about all the services they recommended I do and ones I should wait on. They loaned me their smart car while my car was getting fixed, which was an adventure in itself (marketing tip: whenever wives want to go on a Target shopping trip, husbands should go to Honest-1, get a smart car, and tell their wives to go to Target in that car. If they can’t take it home, they won’t buy it). They fixed my car in shorter time than I expected and the quality of the work was amazing. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, patient with my questions, and laughed at my corny jokes. I definitely will be coming back!
