Honest-1 overall did a great job. The ONLY thing that prevented me from giving it 5 stars is the fact I was promised a phone call with an estimate the same day (Saturday). Instead 2 hours before closing I had to initiate the phone call and was told they would not be able to give me the estimate until Monday. When I told them I was disappointed in the fact they didn’t follow through on what they said earlier they DID make it right by checking out my car immediately and giving me the quote as promised. I HIGHLY recommend Honest-1 and will not hesitate using them again. GREAT job guys.

I was very pleased with my service today.

Went in for a state inspection. Thought I would have to make an appointment. They took my truck in right away. I was on my way in about 1/2 hour. Friendly service and quick.

I absolutely love taking my car to Honest 1 mechanical auto shop, it is awesome the work that they do and I am a satisfied customer everytime ain't need my car worked on.

You know exactly what I need done when I get there. The door is opened for me when I arrive and I have a great spot to set up my remote office while I wait for my car. Thank you for always taking care of my family and our vehicles.

These guys are super professional, great communicators, and prices seem reasonable. We have been there several times with many of our cars. My son was left a snack in his seat from them and he could not have been more excited. It was just that personal touch that means so much. We will be back!
