Lewisville Auto Repair

I was able to walk-in and have my service done quickly for both my car and motorcycle. Staff was friendly and helpful.

People were very nice and my car seems to be fixed. My biggest issue was that 1) they forgot about my car. I’d I hadn’t called, it wouldn’t have been worked on. There was a mix up with my last name and I guess my car got lost in the shuffle. 2) I had to call multiple times to get updates. It wouldn’t have been a big deal except they told me each time they would call me in a certain amount of time, but then they didn’t. I’ll probably go back for inspections but probably not to drop it off to have work done.

First time visitor and my experience was top notch! The lobby was very clean and welcoming and all the employees I interacted with were wonderful. I will be back!
