I went to this place because I followed the manager who used to be at Nissan in McKinney. I trust Robert as he has helped me take care of my Murano for almost 10 years . Excellent service !

This place is not at all reliable, they change parts and the car continues with the fault and when you return they tell you that it is another part and in the process they charge you for the diagnosis of the repair that they did wrong....

Friendly staff, great prices and fast service

My friend recommended this woman-owned auto shop nearby so I went there for my state inspection. I went about an hour before close on the weekend and did not have to wait. They had drinks and snacks available which I really appreciated given how hot it’s been outside. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I’ll definitely be back! Growing up with a mechanic father & having been manipulated by male employees in auto shops, I felt much more comfortable in this space. I’ll definitely be back in the future and LOVE that they provide a shuttle service if your car won’t be ready for a while!

I found out my flat tire right before 7:00pm. Most of the tire shops were closed. Honest-1 accepted my car. Robin drove me home. The next day Robin came to my home again and pick up my Tesla key as I didn’t bring it with me the previous night. Again she came to pick me up after the tires were replaced. Really friendly and efficient service from Honest 1. Definitely recommend them.

Came in for a state inspection and left within 30 minutes. The staff were all very happy to help and cheerful! Amazing, fair place and happy customer.
