I came to Honest-1 after having a bad experience across the street with NTB. I was initially skeptical, but quickly realized that this shop was sincere with regards to creating a different type of automobile repair shop experience. I made a repair appointment on-line, which was immediately confirmed. I brought my automobile in and they quickly deduced the problem without any prompting from me. I especially liked how the mechanic personally visited with me explaining everything he saw. He was spot-on regarding the car being damaged, and went so far as to predict the "cause & effect". The repair quote was fair and reasonable in terms of parts and labor. Plus, their repair work is guaranteed for 3 years and was completed in a timely fashion. And lastly, their front office was professional and extremely gracious. They went out of their way to make sure I had a good experience and felt valued as a customer. In summation, I would highly recommend this shop for maintenance and standard repairs. I have lived in Southeast Denton county for over 20 years and as a result, I have unfortunately tried a number of repair shops from Carrollton to Lewisville to Plano over the years, and I can say without equivocation, that outside of Mr. Tiner's radiator shop in Downtown Lewisville, that I had the best experience at Honest-1, bar none. As a 20 year veteran working in the automotive service industry, I am continuously pleasantly pleased with the service I receive from Honest-1 Auto Care in Castle Hills. On this visit I was greeted again by Ana and Lance who recognized me in a professional and friendly manner and we're able to take care of a minor service on a busy Saturday. Although I wouldn't expect to be this lucky every Saturday, it was very appreciated on this visit since I leaving town in a couple of days. Thanks again, Rock

As a travel RN, auto repairs on an older model car with high mileage can cause great apprehension. After a disappointing response at a Nissan service center regarding high mileage , I Goggled auto repair Plano and Honest A-1 was the first ad and I got a read from their ad. So I called and spoke to Ted, explaining first that I had an older model car with high mileage and he told me that recently a car with twice as much mileage that I have on my car had been repaired there. I quickly went there prepared to wait all day, if needed to find the root cause of the problem with my car. After Ted test drove my car, it did do what I had been explaining to anyone who would listen, FINALLY, but more time would needed to get to the root of the problem. So I was given a loaner car until they could figure out the problem and the problems were figured out. My car was repaired within a week and runs perfectly and I received a great 3 year/36,000 miles warranty. Ted provided the most compassionate customer service to a RN in need. With much gratitude, thank you so much.
