What I really liked about Honest 1 is that they don't treat single women like we don't have a brain in our body or try to take advantage. Lance was great in explaining exactly what was going on with my car, how long it should take to repair and the cost of repair (which was fair and reasonable). The only reason I marked a 4 star and not 5 is because I had asked for a loaner car in advance and they did not have one available when I dropped off my car at 7:30 in the morning. However, they did give me a lift to and from work. Which I appreciated. This shop is owned by two women. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners, since she was the one to pick me up after work. She shared their story with me. I appreciate that this is a Christian owned and operated shop.
