Great place with an awesome staff. I came in for a wheel alignment. I was in and out in less than an hour. The waiting area is big nicely decorated, and they offer drinks and snacks. When I got in my car, they had a snack with a card, thanking me. That's a nice touch! I'll be coming back for sure!

They were great! I live in Atlanta and I’m in Dallas for my sister who is hospitalized. I needed to use my sister’s car but it wasn’t operative. My sister’s neighbor, Derek, suggested your auto repair shop. The owner graciously provided me with transportation from her shop to my apartment and back to the shop to pick up the car. Real friendly folks.They really represented that Texas hospitality!

The staff at this establishment are A1! They are very kind and they have provided an amazingly calm and relaxing y while you wait- even if you aren’t waiting long. There’s always a good movie on with snacks and drinks you wait as well! They even put a snack in my car when it was finished! It’s the little things that matter most and Honest-1 Auto Care does it the best! Thanks again!

Quick and helpful. They instructed me how to get my registration sticker same day by going to Tom Thumb. Who knew. Great experience. Highly recommend. I’m moving my business to them.

This place is Amazing!!! I came in for a service maintenance, and they did an amazing job, including fixing my tire sensor issue. They have a shuttle that takes their customers home or wherever they need to go and picks them up when they are done, also they treat their customers with respect.

Professional and timely. Service assistant event gave notice there was an active recall on my car to follow-up with the dealer. Will definitely use them again.

I was told 45 minutes 3 times… for a state inspection. Ended up being 6 hours.. Overall, the ladies at front desk were nice just recommend a better way of approximating times.
