I prefer to take my Subaru to Honest-1 over my dealership. They always provide fast and accurate estimates, whether it’s for a waiting time or repair cost. The entire front staff is friendlyj, polite, and respectful. They always offer ride service to and from my work and, if I stay and wait, the waiting room is clean and comfortable (the snacks are good, too!). I love that Honest-1 actively gives back to The Colony community and I feel good knowing that I’m supporting a local business.

Suspected bad starter on my truck. They confirmed and did additional tests just to be sure and walked me through the process. Battery was also not holding charge but still under warranty from Auto Zone. They contacted AZ and had them bring a new battery and they installed so I didn’t have to or buy a new battery.

Awesome group of people from start to finish. They quickly and efficiently completed the work on my vehicle. They were fair and their work is guaranteed. This is a very positive, different experience than I have ever had in dealing with car repair. Highly recommend.

I always get great service.I’ve been coming to this place several times with my vehicle the prices are very reasonable, the waiting room area for customers it’s so comfortable it’s so cozy. I always the staff are friendly, caring and they’re always helpful and the customer service is awesome! The ownership has been the same since day One of opening.
