Helpful and trustworthy place

I had a positive experience as I have in the past. Over the last couple of years, I have been here about 8-10 times and have always had a positive experience as the team is pleasant and I feel like I get good value for what I need.

Honest 1 Auto Care saved the day! They replaced my old battery last summer, well it died again 9 months later, without any questions, they replaced it within 30 minutes of me bringing the car in! Great service, very professional, very knowledgeable, and they have a great lounge to relax!

I went this place based on reviews and did upset me. Most of the auto shop have courtesy battery check up but they charged me $27 for check up with no report. They asked to replace the battery and the cost is $180. This is expensive then any stores in DFW area.

Super happy with the service. They are very professional, honest and very focused on the service that the client should have while waiting for the services. They showed me where is the problem, they brought me to my house and when they finished the service, they picked me up. All well detailed on paper with pictures and everything and was a good price compared with other quoted that I was ask in other places. I recommended 100%
