I am so pleased after my first experience with this company. I was referred to them by a colleague when I mentioned a fairly urgent brake issue. They were able to fit me in same day and completed the service quickly. The price was very fair and I am super happy with how the car feels after this service. I will definitely be back for any future needs.

Everything here is overpriced, they gouge you on the labor and also the parts, $1000+ for rear struts replacement. When I ask the gentleman why were the parts so expensive he just brushed it off couldn’t give me straight answer.

They replaced my part that was damaged free of charge. Excellent service and respectful.

I went in for a state inspection. I was in and out in no time! The office staff were really nice and helpful. I will definitely come back for other car services.

I am very disappointed at this place. First of all, I came here for oil change and while they were trying to do that, my drain plug was stripped and had to change my whole oil pan. I'm ok with that however the prices were blown out of proportion. They told me that my oil pan would cost over $500 and along with the labor, it would be over $800 not including the oil itself. I asked them why the oil pan was so expensive as the prices online was only $250, the mechanic just tried to blow off saying that everything online is cheaper. I had also gone to valley view car care for car service. When I called them, he said everything including oil pan, labor and oil would be $580 besides towing which was $100. So if I would have gotten the service done at honest auto are, it would have cost me close to $1000. And I paid almost half the price to get it done at Valley view. Plus the mechanic out there was very unprofessional and rude. Anyway I'll be sticking with valley view car care, they're very honest and helpful.
