I been using this business since the beginning of its opening , They still have the A plus (10) service today that they started with.

In a time where we all are confused, anxious and ready to return to normalcy, the folks at Honest-1 continue to do a tremendous job at servicing their customers in a fair, honest way. Had an oil change and inspection done in lightning fast time and at a killer price. Their attention to detail and the “small things” make me want to promote the way they run their business to everyone I know. If you need to have some work done - head to Honest-1.

Honest H1 consistently lives up to their name and makes sure our cars are taken care of for an accurate price. If they discover that the work will cost less than their original estimate, they will go with the lower price and tell you about their discovery. They are quick, friendly, helpful, offer loaner cars and free rides, and have great prices compared to going to a dealership. I saved roughly $450 by going with Honest H1 in Castle Hills instead of my local Toyota dealership. Highly recommend.

They provided quick service on a state inspection and oil change. Very polite, great waiting area. Plus the car had no grease/oil marks on the car or driver seat area. THANK YOU!

Charged me more than the dealership for check engine light fix saying they use the same technology as the dealership and when the check engine light came back in a few days and went back they said they could not fix it and I have to go to the dealership as they didn't have the right tools to analyze the problem. I asked for refund as they couldn't resolve the issue and they won't even do that.

This place is awesome! Every single time I bring my cars here they are 100% honest on what needs to be done. They are always trying to help for future visits as well. They have a very clean and organized facility. Always has beverages and snacks for all guest waiting. I didn’t have a appt. for my last visit but they had no problem getting me in to get a oil change and get my fluids topped off. They were done in just a few hours! Thank you!
