Friendly Service, Clean waiting room, functional loaner cars (when necessary). My car had serious issues and they fixed me right up. Very satisfied!

They took me as a walk-in which was a big plus for me. They got to my vehicle after a short "application" to get me into their records. The work was done quickly and the price for what I had done was really great (meaning it was very reasonable). The work was done to my satisfaction and I plan to use this car care service center in the future for my other automotive needs. Just had some additional work done and it was fast and to my complete satisfaction. The people here are really great and give full explanations about what they did and the results. I would definitely recommend them. One more trip for service. It was done well and fast. They also took the time to draw attention to issues that I had and gave me an estimate for completing them. This pleased me since I like to keep my vehicle in the best shape possible. I felt no pressure from them on the work to be done. This was also pleasing. I definitely feel that I can trust these people to give the best information about my vehicle and leave it open to me for scheduling it when it meets my timeframe.

They tried to get me to pay $129 to run a diagnostic test on my car because the new headlight they put in busted...I was there for 2 hours and $100 later to only get one headlight replaced. Not a very honest company.

This was my first visit to Honest 1 Care Car. The facility was very neat and clean, the employees were polite and the service was completed quickly. I would recommend this location.

Always have the best experience here! Couldn't be happier with the care of our cars and I know at the end of the day, I won't be taken advantage of with a large, unnecessary bill. Just feels like family here. Thank you for everything y'all do!
