Lewisville Auto Repair

I've been going here for a while for oil changes. First couple of times they were unable to get the oil I wanted due to it being out of stock. I was informed by their own employee at the front desk to just buy the oil & filter and bring it with me next time. Which is exactly what I did. The oil (Pennzoil Platinum Euro L for diesels) is very hard to find. Had no issues the next time. Today I drove 30 mins at 7 am for a scheduled oil change.. only for them to inform me that they changed their policies and will only use oil they obtain. The oil was still in the box sealed as well as the filter. I explained to them that this wasn't an issue the last couple of times and was promptly told "We changed out policies, sorry". Lol. I guess no notes were made on my account about me bringing my own oil since no one asked over the phone when I scheduled. Nor did they ask what oil I wanted. Went down the street to Wash Guys no and and got great service. Honest-1 where communication and customers matter...kinda sorta but not really!

They even brought me back and forth to work with no wait time. The lounge atmosphere was like no other...very nice, clean, cozy and with complementary beverages/snacks. I enjoyed my visit to have my brakes repaired on my vehicle. My funds were low and I asked if I could have part of the needed repairs done. Immediately, I was assured that they would check the standard measurements and see what they could do. This made me feel comfortable and let me know that they were concerned and wanted to help me with my circumstance. I was happy with the results.
