Lewisville Auto Repair

I was looking for a quick place to last minute change my oil before going out of town. I called and they got me in same day less than hour before they closed. They were so hospitable, and the waiting area was comfortable, clean, and inviting. Customer service here is outstanding and they also have decent prices! I will definitely be going back!

The staff was friendly and eager to help. The shop is very clean, love the snack/beverage stand and fun play area for the kids. I appreciated being shown what was wrong and why it was important to be fixed. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel appreciated.

This was like a breath of fresh air when it comes to auto repair. Courteous and clean, their customer waiting area is second to none & their coffee was great !

I can’t tell if stars should b gold of gray..I give it s 5! Always so friendly and helpful. Waiting room comfortable & they offer snacks & a soda/water while waiting. Wait time wasn’t long. I would take my car there again & refer friends .

The people were awesome, the price was affordable and I will be back many more times!!

I was very happy with your service. I dropped my car off and they drove me to work. Once they checked my car, they call me and gave me all the information I needed to make a decision on what I needed to have done. They fixed my car the next day and I was able to pick up the next afternoon. I will be going back for more service. Thanks Honest-1. You all do great work and customer service is great.

I recently bought a truck with 160k miles. Because I didn't know the service history I wanted to make sure all the relevant service items were taken care of. I was really happy with how they worked with me to determine what was really needed. What I thought was needed, they suggested I not do... which was impressive to me.

Needed tire repair. Stopped in Honest Auto for first time. Friendly rapid service. Pleasant environment.

UPDATE: about 10 minutes after writing this review, the location contacted me to help me get to work. The next day, the owner Robin personally came to pick me up and take me to work. She brought me donuts and apologized profusely. She noted that they had contacted Indeed to place an ad for more help so that this experience would not occur again. She was VERY friendly and genuine with her response. I actually learned a lot from her and enjoyed our conversation. My car was repaired and ready for me when I got off. I only put 4 stars because they quoted me a "discounted" price when I went to get my car, but it was actually the original price they quoted me from the start. Someone was to call me about it the next day and never did, but I'm okay with that. I am furious. After having my car for 12 HOURS, I had to contact this location 4 times (was hung up on 2 of the 4 times) to find out that they never received the part they ordered for my car. This has left me stranded with no way to get to work tomorrow. Since I was originally contacted at 11:40am to be told that my service would take 1/2 hour to complete, I did not plan on having to have back up transportation. I am very shocked by this outcome, as my initial visit in January of 2018 was great. Unfortunately, I will not be patronizing this establishment any longer and expect discounted services for this delay. Businesses should NEVER be this poor with communication.
