I went in for something simple a light bulb replacement, the waiting area was full with folks getting an oil change, the front desk attendant look at the approximate time to complete the jobs they had on hand and recommended for me to return 2 hours later, came back the place was clear. My job was done in 15 minutes, and I was out of there. Going back for service in my 2017 Cadillac friendly, honest and neighborly service great to have this business in our area

I went in to get my oil change. The waiting area is nice and comfortable...there are plenty of water, coffee, tea, hot cooca, and snack for the kids. I also really like that they had a little play area for my little one to play so the whole waiting part was very smooth and relaxed. I will return.

Office and mechanic staff were very nice and helpful! Made me feel welcome! I will definitely be back!

Service was fast and work was done to my satisfaction. The rates for what I had done were very reasonable. I was very pleased since they took me as a walk-in.

They were fast, courteous and knowledgeable.

I got an estimate from Honest auto for new break pads and they quoted me $842 for labor and new break pads. I then went to Midas off Main Street in The Colony and my bill was only $280 for new break pads front and rear and labor included. I don’t know about other services but if you need new breaks I would go to Midas. I am not the type to leave bad reviews but I don’t want people getting taken advantage of. Hopefully this will help someone save money in the future. God Bless! 😀

Definitely NOT HONEST. I went to this place based on positive reviews but after my experience with them, the low ratings were SPOT-ON with regards to this establishment. Not sure how they got some high ratings (maybe friends/relatives putting in reviews?). Went to this establishment and told the manager about needing an alignment job based on recommendation from tire shop. Here are the issues I encountered with this establishment 1) Met a manager at this facility and told him about the work needed. He asked where the vehicle was and I mentioned it was in their parking lot and gave him the vehicle model. My vehicle model is the only one in their lot and he continues to ask where the vehicle is. It’s right in front of him but he is talking very patronizingly. (Not sure, but could be a racism issue here) 2) I had made an appointment for this service but making an appointment with them is useless (it is a meaningless gesture as they don’t honor or respect your time). Dropped the vehicle earlier than the scheduled appointment time to do this simple alignment job. Called 2 hours later and the person answering the phone didn’t even know the status and didn’t think there was a vehicle like that in the shop (Huh??) 3) Finally got fed up with the wait time and went back to the facility to get my vehicle. At this point I didn’t care if they did the job or not. Guess what, they DID NOT do the job I asked them to but they did give me a quote in excess of $3000 to do other work I didn’t ask for. Left this place in hurry!! You can read several reviews from people going to do a simple oil change and this establishment coming out with quotes for literally $1000’s. Also, they do a horrible job in honoring people’s time. Recommend changing name to DIS-Honest Auto Care. Can’t stand places with names like “honest”, if they can’t honor it. Take my advice if you are reading this review. Take your business elsewhere and find some other reputable establishment.

Quick...In and out with lots of free snacks and drinks!

I will not be going back. Communication issues. Dropped car off at 7am. Called me at 10am to state the cost. Repair timing, never called me and when I called back at 3pm , was told mechanic was out to lunch and they would call me back in 30 minutes. After 45 minutes my neighbor was heading out so gave me a ride to the shop where my car was still sitting in lot. I was told wont be done till next day " news to me". Next day, After 30 minutes late for my pickup, I live less than 2 miles away. At checkout the price was over $150 than I expected based on the only phone call I received the day before ( there was no extra work done to increase the cost). NEVER AGAIN The 2 stars are for the quality of the building and they are nice to apologize.
