I can’t comment on the service as I never got my car in for service. I made a 12pm appointment and when I showed at 11:55am I was told they were backed up and wouldn’t be able to get me in. What, then, is the point of taking appointments? The people in the office didn’t seem to care other than being surprised that no one called me to inform me or reschedule the appointment. Service might be great, but I’ll never know. I will continue to take my vehicles to places that honor appointments and do the work requested.

They are probably a very good service center, not much to say otherwise. Could communicate a little better as to what is going on. They tried hard to fix the problem though. The owner was a pleasure to speak with.

I'm sold! These guys weren't like a lot of the shops these days. Their name says it. I never had the crazy feeling at all that I better watch their every move. They explained EVERYTHING to me from start to finish and asked before and showed me the part of anything that would be extra. They have gained me and my family as customers. Knowledgeable, courteous, and above all, honest, just like the name says.

So far, excellent customer service, and work for my vehicles. Update: 5 to 2 stars. Friendly, but I took a car in for general maintenance and after I left the check engine light came on after about 5 miles, i pulled the code and gave me a lean mixture. Sure enough i checked they didn't close the air box properly when checking the filter, i corrected and cleared the code. I went to them the next day They didn't have a response to my questions about this other than an apology, was supposed to call me and never did. Possible intentionally left loose to get more work. Be cautious, very cautious.

Today I went to get my inspection and oil changed, expecting the usual bad service because I have NEVER been anywhere that serviced my car that treated me with kindness and respect. Today that changed! Honest 1 treated me like a queen. Endless snacks and drinks. Comfy waiting area. Free WiFi. Kind and knowledgeable employees that spoke to me like a human being not some “dumb girl that doesn’t know anything about cars”. It was refreshing to be treated with great customer services, especially in an industry where that is so rare for women.

NOT a honest company, I took my vehicle for oil change, I was told my front tire has 2 nails and that I need to get a new tire for $500. I told them these are new tire I recently purchased from Discount Tire and they are under warranty, so I take them to discount tire and they found NO NAILS on any tires and they were perfectly fine. I called store just now, instead of looking into this situation I was provided a very random non-sensitive answer that they were giving me a favor. Not recommended! Not Honest!

Second time I have taken a car to this place (two different cars). I am very satisfied with their professionalism, timeliness and follow-up. They are very close to my house so will keep using them.

H-1 is a great company . I took my car there for overheating. They did a block test for peace of mind. They had to replace Engine fan motor. Car works better & cools my ac better with new fan. It’s like I got two for one deal ,thanks H-1
