Where to start? I have been at this location before and it's always been great, but today they took the cake!!! Due to my type of work spending several hours trying to get my car worked on is very challenging, my car needed inspection, oil change and alignment due to a recent accident, so I called Robin at Honest 1 and she said no worries. Next thing I know she had someone coming to my house to pick up my vehicle and left me a loaner so I could do what I needed to do, later in the day they call me to say the car was almost done and how much paid over the phone and they dropped my car off again at my house and picked up their loaner. WOW, if that is not outstanding customer service I don't know what is.......thank you guys, "I'll be back" 😊😊

As always, they are professional, quick, and have competitive prices. Glad to have found a mechanic nearby that I can trust instead of driving far out to my old mechanic.

Honest-1 is my choice for car care. They are courteous and professional and get your car fixed right the first time. They don't fix things that aren't broke for the sake of getting more money from you. I trust them with our vehicle. Keep up the great work.

I really appreciate the work and the customer service level that Honest-1 provided me during my visit. It was my first time to bring in my car to be fixed and they definitely made me very feel very comfortable. They also explained what happened with my car very thoroughly and called me during the time to give me updates. I was also driven back to work and was picked up to go get my car. I will definitely return for future maintenance and repair. Will also highly recommend this place!

Thank you so much for fixing my car. I heard a noise and two other Master Mechanics said that noise was nothing. My gut said I don't think so but I don't have enough knowledge about cars to figure this out. I brought my car to Honest 1 and Lenny figured out the problem in 2 minutes. I can't thank you enough for your expertise and I wanted to say that everyone I had contact with including the manager was so kind. Your waiting room is comfortable as well. The car is running great.
