They worked on my 2018 Sonata Hybrid. I had to recently replace both rear wheels due to severe inner wear on the tires that ruined them. They did a good alignment, also appreciated reviewing the Alignment machine report when they had finished. They also had issue with the front wheel (not able to set one side like they wanted to) and "suspected" a bad strut. Interesting they took a picture and the strut looked OK to me. Also , the strut responds well with handling and a bounce test. (Suggestion in future) I would have preferred in the future if they did indeed say the strut was damaged to walk me back there and show me. There was no impact marks or oil on the strut, so not sure what their issue was exactly? Car is driving fine.. don't get me wrong .. they did a great alignment by me.. also was an A/C mechanic back in the days.. Thanks!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Very disappointing experience. My wife had an engine light appear and was told the catalytic converter needed replacing, fair enough. She was initially told it would be just under a thousand, fair enough. Upon taking the car in and also working from home that day to get the work done, she later received an email saying the work would be just under one thousand six hundred, quite a suprising jump in price! However, upon learning this we called other garages looking for like for like quotes, all coming to the one thousand two hundred mark, saving over three hundred dollars. When we told them we would take the car elsewhere my wife received a call back saying there was a mistake on the price etc. I then called back to clarify and was told by Danny that he’d told Miguel that a certain part wasn’t needed and there’d been a misunderstanding. I explained that the other quotes we received were including this part as we’d asked for like for like quotes, much to Dannys frustration. He then told me our car was in bits and he’d call and tell us when we would be allowed to pick up our car!?!? In defence of the company, my wife immediately went to pick up the car and Danny obviously had time to calm down and was polite enough…..the car wasn’t in bits as threatened, phew. I really don’t think we will be back and will be warning others of the underhand sales tactics, such a shame as it initially started as a pleasant enough experience that turned sour very quickly.

I was quite satisfied with my most recent visit. Another service dept wanted to charge me several hundred $$ for resealing the power steering pump, but Honest-1 showed, by placing a dye in the reservoir, that the leak was minimal and just to keep an eye on it. Then they topped off the transmission fluid for me. Danny is one of the best service managers around.
