I had a horrible experience!! I brought my mustang in to be checked for a long road trip, I was told I had a very small coolant leak and the repair would cost $360. I thought about it and decided better safe than sorry. Jaris told me it would be about an hour, after 2 hours I asked what was going on, they told me they tried 5 times to seat the new thermostat housing, but no luck. And now the leak is no longer “very small”, they cracked the manifold. Now it needed to be replaced, it went more sideways from there. The repair would be $560 “out the door” is what Jaris told me at their cost. I waited all day to hear from them, I had to call them, it was taking longer because they had to change my oil because they didn’t get a gasket sealed and coolant was in my oil. When it was finally ready the cost wasn’t what he said it was now $614, and I would get no warranty on the work because they didn’t make any money on the work. How was any of this my fault? I asked the owner to give me a call and surprise surprise no call!! Steer clear they will rip you off!! HONEST HA!!!!

Very friendly and worked with my schedule. Very accommodating when waiting for extended warranty rep. Work performed seems to work great. NEVERMIND-wrongly diagnosed issue, almost fixed a very expensive issue with them that wouldn't of helped me in the long run.

Checked in right when they opened for an oil change. Comfortable places to work while I waited and ready supply of beverages and snacks. Was on my way within the hour! Thanks for the great service!

Update Aug 2019 - I went for another vehicle, which had alternator and actuator blendor issue. They had the right expertise to diagnose and fix it. I really liked the detailed description in the invoice. They were prompt in shuttle pick up and drop, bad communication on diagnosis and the fix

This was my first time at Honest -1 Auto Service and I give it A+++!!! I love the fact that I could set up my own appointment on the website - Very flexible to my schedule. I love the fact that it is local. 12 minutes from my garage to the shop in rush hour traffic! The shop is bright new and clean. They had FRESH Coffee and snacks!! And if all of that was not enough, they ARE honest!! They found my light problem and fixed it -- for a shockingly LOW PRICE!! Thank you...keep up the good service!! I think I finally found the one and only auto service for my MINI Cooper!!!

I am a fiend for good customer service and this place was GRRRRREAT!! A+++! Loved the fact I can schedule my own appointment. It's LOCAL right here in The Colony... They are fast.... I was in and out in about an HOUR!! They are polite and knowledgeable about my MINI COOPER. Finally, and most important HONEST. They found my problem and fixed without up selling or over charging! Happy to say will be my new auto service place for MINI!!!
