Have taken my car a few times. I think they are pricey but I think that about all car repair places. Free drinks, wifi and snax and they can drop you home and pick you up. Close to lots of other shopping places if you don't want to wait. Woman-owned franchise which is one reason I go there.

Very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility....definitely not your mom and pop repair shop. The staff were knowledgeable, gave an accurate estimate and price of what needed to be done and were happy to take me to/from home to make it convenient to drop off and pick up my vehicle. Definitely coming back for future service. Great value and very happy. Thank you!

3 stars only because it took 3 hours but i was Saturday and i didn't have an appointment. i will re-review when i go back with an appointment. the staff was great otherwise.

Best mechanics shop I have been too in the 20 plus years I have lived in Dallas, Texas. They do great work and they actually care about the customer much more so than any other place I have been to. I trust them, the shuttle service is awesome, Robin the owner really takes time to get to know her customers, they pay attention to details, snacks and drinks were awesome, waiting room was comfortable, and price is reasonable. I will definitely be using them again

This was my second visit and once again, excellent customer service from an excellent staff! The AC in my car quit on the way back to work after lunch today so I decided to pop in to Honest-1 on the way home to see if they could help me out real quick. It took less than 15 minutes to get my car checked in and they got right to work! Then they gave me a snack, a cold drink, and a free ride home!

I’ve been to this location twice, once for an initial evaluation and once for work done on my car. The first time I waited 3 hours and there wasn’t any work being done on my car, they just told me the suggested repairs (pretty basic tune up). When I came back for the repairs the work estimate was an hour and it took two hours. In addition, they didn’t identify the issue I had initially come in for. Decent pricing but terrible wait time/service.

This is my third visit to honest one auto care. The first time we went was with my Girl Scouts to work on a badge and then the next two times were for my son’s car. They have taken great care of us and their prices are reasonable.
