We had a wonderful experience here and on a Saturday, no less! There wasn't a line when we walked in, our state inspection was handled quickly and the staff was SOOOO nice! They even took time to answer some questions I had about an issue I've been trouble shooting with my car. The facility was clean, pretty, and they had amazing snacks and an area for kiddos to play. Cannot say enough good things! We'll be back for sure. Update: Returned for 40k service. Cost was half the dealership and they got it done super fast with courtesy shuttle to and from my home. Once again, super nice and knowledgeable staff that made me feel safe and welcome. Thank you for another awesome experience!

I just went in for an oil change as I always do and also I received an email for 50% off n an oil change that expires on 4/30/20. So I said ok they are creating demand by placing an end date. I went in to take my car as always today 4/28/20 and the male that took the keys to my car and my girlfriend's car stated he had to go full synthetic on my 2016 Chevy Malibu because they were reviewed and they had to change their oil and he HAS to change my oil to FULL synthetic because that is what my car calls for and it would be the same price. I assumed he meant the same price as the semi-synthetic so I left my girlfriend and went home to get back online as I work from home. When my girlfriend arrives and tells me they charged $41.63 for the oil change on my Malibu when I always have paid $24.95. I immediately called Stonebriar Chevrolet and spoke with a Service Advisor by the name of Shane and he stated that GM has not changed the specs on motor oil for the Chevy Malibu and that it still requires a semi-synthetic per the GM Manual. That they just up-charged me and must have stated they changed the oil to charge more. He said the typical bait and switch from mechanic shops to make more money. They just lost the business to 4 cars in my household and will tell my neighbors as well. Their name just turned fake "Honest-1 Auto Care" as he could have stated the price went up when I was giving him the keys to be TRANSPARENT that is the opportunity, to be HONEST, and state the price and not when the service was completed. This mechanic shop just turned into the same as any other mechanic shop out there. I had good feelings for this establishment but no longer. Trust is given once as there are too many shops out there and I also worked as a mechanic many many years ago. So I can start changing my oil again until I find a TRUSTWORTHY mechanics shop again. I hate the mess but it's cheaper and I can teach my kids how to work on cars just like my Dad taught me. This has been a lost household hobby for many years for fathers and kids to bond over.

They are pretty quick with the service. I went for vehicle inspection.
