Good service, friendly people! The lobby is nice as well, I usually bring something to work on as they have complimentary WiFi and offer snacks and drinks too.

If i could leave a zero i would.. I took my 2003 caddilac escalade for a water pump replaced ..an thermostat they quoted me 992$ plus 140$ for diagnosing the issue for a total of 1138$ the water pump cost 125$ an thermostat was 15$.. Total 140$ so there Labor was 1000$... I went an picked up my truck an took it to good yr in the colony they repaired my truck parts labor out the door 662$ they used same QUALITY parts an service was great... Honest 1 auto care is a rip off i would not take my car or truck there if i was anyone looking do get repaires done they are far from honest im sure they have taken advantage of many of ppl so beware of this shop. They will take advantage of anyone who lets them

In for oil change and inspection, work was done in a timely manner. Have used Honest-1 several times and only complaint was on large jobs they didn't keep me informed of the status as to when it would be ready. Their work has always been great.

My car issue was exaggerated, I had to call for updates because I didnt recieve incoming calls as stated. The guy tried to use fear tactics to get me to have the suggested work done. When I asked for a printout he did not provide me with a invoice that broke down the pricing for the repair. He gave me a generic paper that had a simple line for notes. Im good luv enjoy!

Went in to get my inspection and everyone at the front desk was super helpful. My daughter loved the kids waiting area and was not desperate to leave like she has been at other auto shops in the past.

When you have a sick kid in tow, and 2 cars to drive (I have to drive one to get here, but I have to pick up another car), I was wondering how it's gonna be done. Do I have to leave her at home in order to pick up the other car? I told them, and immediately they said no problem. They drove one, had another employee follow in another car, and followed me home. And I didn't have to leave my kid alone at home at all. Wonderful service right there. I really appreciate this part of their service! Of course their waiting room is so nice with my favorite HGTV always running, and a kid's corner with cartoons, that my kid and I can spend hours there no problem. Thank you for tonight. It's been a stressful few days. It would probably be impossible in another service center.

It doesn’t feel like a car service plAce. Inside is very welcoming and people are very friendly. Honest and dependable.

Check engine light came on while I was driving. Closest car repair was Honest-1. They looked at the computer code and reset the light. Turned out to be a fluke this time. But they gave superior service and a ride home while the check was done. No charge since no diagnostics were done, I find that impressive as they could have rightly charged for their time. I will go there for my car service from now on. Nice to find honest, caring people. And a snack size Cheez-its in the car for the drive home! Bravo!
