Easily the best car care experience I’ve had in a long time. Great customer service, clean office, awesome kid area, snacks, and coffee/drinks. I was there with my 1 yr old for an hour and it wasn’t stressful at all. Took our other car in the next day.

Old fashioned professional service. As a first time customer they greeted me with warmth. When I told him I couldn’t stay for the two hours needed for my repair, they offered me a ride home and even picked me up. What a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Them!!

Took my personal vehicle in and they diagnosed issues and did repairs in record time. Great company and timely service

Pros: everyone was nice and efficient. Free inspection with the oil change. Let me bring my own oil. No pushy sales people. Gave me quote for items found and sent me on my way. Snacks, refreshments, tv, and free WiFi. Within walking distance of target, restaurants, and bars. Cons: I booked an appointment but didn’t realize that doesn’t mean you get in at that time. I realize that is the system for many car places but I am not a fan. Someone had just arrived before my appointment so they got priority. So I had to wait 45 mins for their car to be done, then 45 for mine. I used to go to kwik car and be in and out in under 30 mins. Also, which again I realize many places do this, they inspected my car and said I needed new brakes. That is fine but gave me a quote for brakes and new rotors. To get everything done it would be $860. I am young and am just learning about car things. Luckily I have family and friends who are able to guide me. I had others inspect my rotors and they are completely fine. I think it just had a different expectation with the store name “Honest-1 Auto Care.” Overall, I would probably go back if I was in a pinch. But the convenient location loses its convenience when I still have to wait behind non-appointments. Overall, I’d give a neutral 3 star rating.

I went in for something simple a light bulb replacement, the waiting area was full with folks getting an oil change, the front desk attendant look at the approximate time to complete the jobs they had on hand and recommended for me to return 2 hours later, came back the place was clear. My job was done in 15 minutes, and I was out of there. Going back for service in my 2017 Cadillac friendly, honest and neighborly service great to have this business in our area

I went in to get my oil change. The waiting area is nice and comfortable...there are plenty of water, coffee, tea, hot cooca, and snack for the kids. I also really like that they had a little play area for my little one to play so the whole waiting part was very smooth and relaxed. I will return.

Office and mechanic staff were very nice and helpful! Made me feel welcome! I will definitely be back!

Service was fast and work was done to my satisfaction. The rates for what I had done were very reasonable. I was very pleased since they took me as a walk-in.
