I’ve been to this location twice, once for an initial evaluation and once for work done on my car. The first time I waited 3 hours and there wasn’t any work being done on my car, they just told me the suggested repairs (pretty basic tune up). When I came back for the repairs the work estimate was an hour and it took two hours. In addition, they didn’t identify the issue I had initially come in for. Decent pricing but terrible wait time/service.

This is my third visit to honest one auto care. The first time we went was with my Girl Scouts to work on a badge and then the next two times were for my son’s car. They have taken great care of us and their prices are reasonable.

Bit of a wait, wish I had

I will NEVER go anywhere else ever again! They were beyond professional and honest. The gentleman at the counter was friendly, we even talked about a podcast. While I was waiting I read an article on the wall how 2 woman owned the place. I was honored to be there as a fellow career woman who understands the struggles to reach the top. Well they are definitely on Top! I had the pleasure of meeting both ladies, when they drove me back and forth to my apartment near by while my car was in the shop all day. They checked my whole truck and we’re honest about what would happen in time not fixing things. Even got a thank you note in my truck.... not many people left that give thank you notes these days!!! Shows they care! My truck is my baby and I rely on her to travel. So happy she was in good hands! Thank You!

Friendly staff, clean facility, great work. What else can you ask for??

This is the second vehicle that I've been bringing in for maintenance service. I won't take my car anywhere else. The service is friendly, the facility is clean and my car is always well cared for. I feel that they really live up to the name.

Had a great inspection! My eldest and I played on their train set, had a drink, and before we knew it we were on our way! Friendly service, great location, will definitely look at coming back!

Robin is a liar promised a return call from an issue that wasn’t resolved and never called back.

Awesome customer service. There turned out to be more wrong with my car then they initially realized,but they took care of it for me without a problem. They were excellent!
