I gotta say....this is the place to go. I have been there 3x. I hope I dont need to go back. But if you find you self in that position. Look no further.

Very clean place.... I typically see places clean but the shop workers are rough and dishelved but this place everyone was polite and put together. I also liked how when my problems were addressed they gave zero pressure to me and discussed possible options if I was not able to handle the issues to my car they were going to hit me with. Very comfortable with this place and now has become my new place as we all know how dealerships rip you off this place doesn`t and paid fair pricing.

My experience with Honest-1 Auto care was pretty amazing. As a car enthusiast with an older, modified vehicle I am very weary to hand the keys over to just anyone. The staff was very friendly and understanding of my stipulations of even doing a simple safety inspection on my prized vehicle. They were quick to give me an estimate of when they would be able to complete what was required. I would definitely trust them again with both my vehicles.

Great service!

Charged me $150 for a diagnostic. Tells me it's my radiator and thermostat, charged me $1200 for that. Get car back Solenoid is still the issue (but you did a diagnostic) and now my heat barely works, afraid to Turk on AC and now Car is still running on safe mode because the Solenoid is still the original Issue. Need a mechanic in The Colony TX suggestions don't get ripped off. That's how I'm feeling about this adventure.

I visited Honest-1 for my first oil change. The staff was more than welcoming and talked me through my oil change options. I appreciate the knowledge and professionalism shown to me. The warm and friendly environment will certainly warrant another service visit.
